Refund and Cancellation Policy
At The Tumble Gym, we are committed to offering quality programs and transparent policies. This Refund and Cancellation
Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds, and exceptions for our memberships, classes, events, and more.
Membership Fees
- Non-Refundable: All membership fees are non-refundable once processed.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
Class and Program Fees
- Non-refundable unless in medical cases with documentation — partial credits may be issued at our discretion.
- No refunds for missed classes, though make-up sessions may be arranged if space permits.
- In the event of a cancellation by us, you’ll receive a full refund or future credit.
Event Fees
- Event fees are non-refundable.
- Full refund or credit will be offered only if we cancel the event.
Camps and Special Programs
- Refundable up to 30 days before start (minus ₹500 administrative fee).
- No refunds within 30 days of start date.
- Full refund if the program is canceled by The Tumble Gym.
Private Lessons
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Lessons canceled by us will be refunded or rescheduled.
Medical and Special Circumstances
- With a doctor's note, a pro-rated refund or credit may be offered.
- Other special cases will be considered individually and fairly.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take
additional time depending on your bank.
